Testimonies - Adonis

I came with my entire family to Alôn farm from Zimbabwe when I was 15 years old. Pride in myself has made it a battle for me to lay down selfish ambition and to trust the Lord. But I have chosen God’s will for my life and already I am bearing good fruit - praise God.

I really thank God for many brothers and sisters who care enough to speak the truth to me. Being 19 years old now, it’s a joy to respond to God’s truth. I felt that I had to decide which way to go as most of my friends at the high school I was attending were following a course of a life lived unto themselves, but I wanted to become a disciple of the Lord Jesus – I was greatly inspired by the life of those I saw who had made this choice. They were fulfilled and their example challenged me.

The truth is that the Lord has blessed me more abundantly than what I could have accomplished for myself.
